Privacy Policy

Our approach to privacy

We build small, focused mobile apps under the brand Well Done Systems. By default, we keep your data on your device and we do not run servers that hold your information.

Where an app needs to integrate a third-party service that may collect data independently — for example, an advertising or crash-reporting SDK — we disclose this in the per-app Privacy Notice for that app. The list of per-app notices is at the bottom of this page.

Who we are

Our apps are developed and maintained by Code Trade Kft, a limited company registered in Hungary, operating under the brand name Well Done Systems.

What we typically do not do

Across our apps, we do not:

  • Run accounts, sign-in, or user profiles on any server we operate
  • Collect analytics tied to your identity
  • Sell or share personal data with third parties for their own marketing
  • Transmit your data to a back-end we operate

When an app stores data, it does so locally on your device using the operating system’s sandboxed local storage. Deleting the app removes that data permanently. The Privacy Notice for each app lists exactly what is stored locally for that app.

Third-party services in our apps

Some of our apps integrate third-party SDKs — for example, advertising (such as Google AdMob) or crash reporting (such as Sentry). These services operate under their own privacy policies and may collect data — such as advertising identifiers, IP address, device information, or crash diagnostics — independently of us.

The exact list of third-party SDKs used in a given app, and what those SDKs may collect, is documented in the per-app Privacy Notice for that app.

Children’s privacy

Our apps are not directed at children under 13 (or the applicable age of digital consent in your jurisdiction). We do not knowingly collect information from children. If you believe a child has provided information through one of our apps, please contact us.

Your rights

Depending on your location, you may have rights under GDPR (EU/EEA), UK GDPR, CCPA (California), or other applicable laws — including the right to access, correct, or delete your data.

Because the data we control is stored locally on your device, you can exercise these rights at any time by editing your settings in-app or deleting the app. For data processed by third-party SDKs (such as Google AdMob or Sentry), please refer to their respective privacy policies, which are linked from the per-app Privacy Notices.

Changes to this policy

If we change our overall privacy approach, we will update this page and bump the “Last updated” date at the top. App-specific changes are noted on the relevant per-app Privacy Notice.

Per-app Privacy Notices

Each of our apps has its own Privacy Notice listing the local data it stores and any third-party SDKs it uses:
