Terms of Usage

Acceptance of terms
By downloading, installing, or using any application or website operated by Well Done Systems (“we”, “us”, “our”), you agree to these Terms of Usage. If you do not agree, please do not use our apps or services.
Who we are
Our apps are developed and maintained by Code Trade Kft, a limited company registered in Hungary, operating under the brand name Well Done Systems.

Minimum age
You must be at least 13 years old to use our apps. In jurisdictions where the age of digital consent is higher (for example, 16 in some EU member states), you must meet that age, or use our apps only with the consent and involvement of a parent or legal guardian.
Our apps are not intended for children under 13, and we do not knowingly direct them at children.
License to use the apps
We grant you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to install and use our apps on devices you own or control, for your personal, non-commercial use, in accordance with these terms and the applicable app store terms.
Things you agree not to do
When using our apps, you agree not to:
- Reverse-engineer, decompile, or attempt to extract the source code of any app, except where this restriction is prohibited by applicable law.
- Redistribute, resell, sublicense, or otherwise commercially exploit the apps or their content.
- Attempt to bypass advertising, in-app limits, or any technical measures we use to operate the apps.
- Use the apps for any unlawful purpose or in any way that could harm us, other users, or third parties.
Intellectual property
The apps, their source code, design, branding, and content are the property of Code Trade Kft and are protected by copyright, trademark, and other applicable laws. Third-party content (such as quotations, libraries, or media used under licence or in the public domain) remains the property of its respective owners.
Nothing in these terms transfers ownership of any intellectual property to you.
Third-party services and app stores
Our apps are distributed through the Apple App Store and Google Play. Your use of the apps is also subject to the terms of the store you downloaded them from, and those terms apply on top of these.
Our apps may integrate third-party services (for example, advertising or crash reporting SDKs). Those services operate under their own terms and privacy policies, which are referenced in the app’s privacy policy.
Disclaimers
The apps are provided “as is” and “as available”, without warranties of any kind, whether express or implied, including but not limited to warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, or non-infringement.
We do not guarantee that the apps will be uninterrupted, error-free, or free of harmful components, or that defects will be corrected.
Limitation of liability
To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, Code Trade Kft and its directors, employees, and contractors will not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages — including loss of data, profits, or goodwill — arising out of or in connection with your use of, or inability to use, the apps.
Nothing in these terms limits or excludes liability that cannot be limited or excluded under applicable law (for example, liability for death or personal injury caused by negligence).
Termination
We may suspend, modify, or discontinue any app or service at any time, with or without notice. You may stop using the apps at any time by uninstalling them from your device.
The sections of these terms that by their nature should survive termination — including intellectual property, disclaimers, limitation of liability, and governing law — will continue to apply.
Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of Hungary. Any disputes arising out of or relating to these terms or the apps will be handled by the competent courts of Hungary, except where applicable consumer-protection law gives you the right to bring a claim in your country of residence.
Severability
If any provision of these terms is found to be invalid or unenforceable, the remaining provisions will continue in full force and effect.
Entire agreement
These terms, together with the relevant app’s Privacy Policy and the terms of the app store you downloaded the app from, make up the entire agreement between you and Code Trade Kft regarding your use of our apps, and supersede any prior understandings on the same subject.
Changes to these terms
We may update these terms from time to time. When we do, we will update this page and bump the “Last updated” date at the top. Significant changes will also be noted in the App Store and Google Play release notes for the relevant app.
Your continued use of the apps after changes are posted means you accept the updated terms.
