Data this app stores on your device
Stoic Quotes stores the following data locally on your device only, using the operating system’s sandboxed local storage. This data never leaves your device and is never transmitted to us or any server we operate.

Deleting the app removes all of this data permanently. There is no account to delete and no server-side copy to request.
Third-party services in this app
Stoic Quotes integrates two third-party SDKs that may collect data independently under their own privacy policies.
Google AdMob (advertising)
Stoic Quotes displays ads served by Google AdMob. AdMob may collect:
- Advertising identifier — IDFA on iOS (subject to App Tracking Transparency consent) or Google Advertising ID on Android
- IP address — used to infer approximate location for ad targeting
- Device information — model, operating system version, screen size
- Ad interaction data — impressions, clicks, and view duration
On iOS, AdMob will only access your advertising identifier after you explicitly grant permission through Apple’s App Tracking Transparency (ATT) prompt. You may withdraw this permission at any time in Settings → Privacy & Security → Tracking.
On any platform, you can opt out of personalised advertising in your device settings:
- iOS: Settings → Privacy & Security → Apple Advertising → Personalised Ads (off)
- Android: Settings → Google → Ads → Delete advertising ID

Sentry (crash reporting)
Stoic Quotes uses Sentry to automatically report application crashes so we can identify and fix bugs. When a crash occurs, Sentry may transmit:
- Device model and operating system version
- App version
- Stack trace (code location of the crash)
- Application state at the time of the crash

Push notifications
All notifications in Stoic Quotes are local notifications — they are scheduled and delivered entirely on your device with no server involvement. We do not use push notification services and no notification-related data is transmitted anywhere.
You can disable notifications at any time in Settings → Notifications → Stoic Quotes.
